My entry for 's Autumn Contest. The picture had to fit the quote "Every leaf speaks bliss to me fluttering from the autumn tree". Since she specifically mentioned she would also like to see other types of art than photography, I decided to go with a photomanipulation. This is beautiful Nikki! Love the contrast of the amber forest, to the silken, sparkly form fitting dress, and the deer with their winter coats. Sheer brilliance and imagination in all means of heart warming.

I believe it. I wish I could get a hang of the whole "photo manipulation" thingy. Lol slowly getting better at working with the free version of pixlar.

I believe that. And i find it very intriguing and definitely a unique way. I want to get photo shop, cause they are great for doing that kind of thing but i dont have $100+ to spend on a soft ware program at the moment.

Well, other than adding make-up or jewelry the stock-provider specifically asked not to change her face. She mentioned this primarily in the context of substituting her face for someone else's, but I'm not sure how she'd feel if I'd start tinkering with her face. I tend to stay on the safe side when it comes to stock providers' rules. And regardless of that, I'm not quite sure I could convincingly change her expression without painting it completely anew. I've never actually tried doing something so drastic. But it's a fair point.

I loved transforming the model the most, I think it's the most drastic change I've made to a person in my photomanipulations so far and I secretly had a blast doing it. My husband was totally like: huh, *that* was the original photo??? when I showed him
