She blows things up (like Deidara), she has an eye patch (like Deidara), she was resurrected (like Deidara) and she has an evil devious grin (like Deidara) -
Kidding!
Even though she reminds me of Deidara, she's still pretty awesome in her own way. She starts out as a bad guy and then ends up being a big hero! 
Ninth is just down right fun, hands down.
I drew her here in her "god mode", after she was resurrected and made a reappearance, complete with the dark cape (which she discards in the anime).
Did a little font art here too.
Not very good at lettering but whatevs...
