The way you worked in the scratches on the dragon's body is intriguing. Is that a quality of the dragon? Will have to look; 'cuz that's really cool. ...or maybe they aren't scratches at all? O.O
I love that blue-white... fire? Let's call it fire, 'cuz it looks like fire. It's at the bottom of the page canvas.

Holy crap!! This is fantastically outstanding!! I love the whole blue variation oh the hue in thee background, the flames are really bursting up a storm, the cracks of the blue illuminating is far fetch! Slayers beauty in the fire is such a up rising sight, her features are amazing, the markings and glowed scratched marks make her unique, her pose of position is incredible stunning including the wings as well, they really stand out the position, her eyes are neat I have to say ^v^ Spectacular work Ney!! <3
