It didn't even occur to me that was the plan. Now that makes a lot of sense, considering the last two pages. But what after that? That's the real question now. A country with no extradition and beach front property. I imagine Nick has a lot of money put away since his criminal days.

Judy would have more than likely have made contingencies, preplanning before and after the 'Heist'. Remember, she had blueprints of a facility at one point, and Bogo likely gave her the link to the mercs, or gave her the locations of a few 'safe locations'.
