When Frosh got lost, Terra went looking for him along with Sting, Rogue, and Yukino. Only, instead of Yukino getting groped by accident it was Terra. After the initial shock wore off, she found that she really didn't mind that Rogue had grabbed her breast, in fact she thought she may have liked it.

I got a little lazy on Rogue's shading, mostly because I was getting from the manga picture instead of the Anime screenshot so the lines aren't as perfect as they could be, but meh.
