Hmm, the fog looks a little..too textured to be fog. Unless it's smoke?
But I love the lightning and the marble there. Makes the girl look ready to enter some odd dimension...

Actually the background picture hasn't been manipulated very much at all. I pretty much only added in a huge freaking moon and put a filter on it (it becomes a little more obvious if you enlarge the picture)
