Edit: fixed the shading on the nose it was off to me XD

ok soooooooo working on my ppl skills lately and I
don't have and ppl OCs and I don't wanna murder someone
own beautiful OC with my terrible skills yet
so more Wizard101 fan art but this time of my char c;

ok in W101 I'm an ice wizard and all my friends call me "Ice Queen" hence the title. I PvP a lot cuz its fun so that's where that nickname is from if anyone looking at this art plays Wiz all my chars names are Neela (something)Stone. my ice is Neela SilverStone and the colors in the pic are wt I usually wear I will change from time to time but hey if u seen this wiz that's probably me all my pets names are moose to so yes that bird on my arm is named Moose

for my friends/watcher who have no idea what game I'm talking about: look a pretty magic ice wizard :')
