This is an amazing piece of work! The dress is emphasized with the golden lighting that was added over art.
-The hair is intricately detailed, with emphasis in reddish-brown in just the right place. The lighting is added with consistency, making for a very nice looking piece of art.
-The way you created the eyes adds to the stunning look of the drawing. The dark lashes emphasize the eyes and they add to the contrast on the light blue in the bottom left of the pupils.
-Moving to the neck piece, the use of colors there creates an appealing effect. The gold and the white lines that were added for emphasis move outside of the object that they are highlighting, which cleverly creates the illusion of shining.
Overall, the drawing was very well done! As one of the comments said below, the character looks dark and mysterious without the use of intrusive design choices.

This painting looks amazing, but there's only one thing I don't like much. Daisy face is more to the "round/fat side".
But what can I say, it's perfect anyway.

You know, I never would normally associate the idea of 'Dark' with Daisy, or any of the Mario Ladies. And, yet I look at this and am getting some major dark vibes from it.
What I find interesting and admirable is that you managed to create a brilliant 'dark theme' without going to extraordianary lengths. Allow me to explain what I mean by that: you didn't have to darken her attire, or give it a more menacing redesign, or give her such an obvious 'evil expression'. All it took was some fantastic shadow work + a quite menacing glare in her eyes and one can already get the impression Daisy's Gone Dark Side
It's both beautiful and impressive. Major props for your colouring and lighting too.
