Very nice, the only advice I can give is that you should always try to draw all the pencil strokes in the same direction. For example, on most of the hair you have stroked the pencil up and down, but at the top of the head it left to right. I usually looks best if you draw them all in the same direction. It's too late to fix it now, but try to keep that in mind on future drawing.
It still looks very good though.
