The Buables were first made with for my niece, a mouse, cat and puppy. They were made with more stuffing in the head than the body, this makes the body the perfect size, shape and softness for little baby hands to grip, and the ears are perfect for little mouths to nom on. The original three were some of my niece's favorite toys and now, four years later, she has not been able to damage them. I think I may be confused what your question is. My interpretation of the question is that you are asking what you do with a toy to which I can only answer that typically you play with toys, these in particular are good for babies to play with. I hope this doesn't come off as snarky, I'm really just answering the question as I read it.
