I like Glen and Daryl (of course XD Who doesnt?) I like Carol too and Michonne is starting to grow on me too. I liked Dale but...well hehe XDΒ

yeah you can't get too attached to any of the characters really! Robert kirkman likes killing characters almost as much as George r r martin does! and they both do it when you least expect it!!!

yeah they need to make that moment where he switches though like he's doing all the boring mopey stuff then he sees carl do something or someone goes to hurt carl and he needs to just go mad and then daryl drags him off and ricks got his edge back where you know he's on top and back in charge ready to lead a war against anyone that tries to hurt him or his own!!!!

When i was about 15 i read all the sandman graphic novels through my local library, you'd be surprised what they have.

Hmm its still not grabbing me. I mean I know its easier to build characters and story in a tv show but I just cant attach myself to the characters in the comic like I did in the tv show. Plus I really dont like the art style. They all look the same @_@Β

haha I wouldn't force ya. Besides my favourite type of novels are mostly romance haha XD But one of my favourite all time mangas is called Immortal Rain. It has all the bases covered, action, comedy, mystery, romance you name it! Plus the story is just excellent! Its a series I recommend to everyone but it may not be your cup of tea. Do you read manga at all or do you prefer western comic books?Β

err I've read a few manga's; Bleach, Chobits, Princess monoke, Lights Out. I don't dislike it, and It's actually what got me into reading western comics. I like that they seem to cover a vast range of themes in manga. but i'm not very well read in it. Any others you'd recommend? I read most themes, i'm currently writing a slight style of romantic comic, so it may help
