Don't those eyes just cry, "Take me home"? This is my first attmept at digital painting. Done mostly with the airbrush tool in photoshop. I really like the eyes but other than that I'm not too stuck on it. I definitely need more practice.For those of you that think you recognize this puppy, it was done based on the traditional pencil skecth of a beagle pup in my gallery. I figured he deserved some colour....

Thanx. That's a great compliment. I love watercolours but unfortunately, I've never been good with them and hence gave up the frustration long ago. Digital is so much more forgiving

Aww thanx. I think mostly I am unhappy with my chosen background colour but I flattened the image before putting on the finnishing touches making it very difficult to change the background so I'm stuck with it. Oh well, live and learn. I really do like the eyes though.
