Ok, so I've been playing with Photoshop. This is not at all what I had in mind when I started, but I loved the effect so I decided to post it anyway. As I learn more, I will eventually complete what this project started out to be and post that, but I'll leave that to your imaginations for now. Tell me what you think and make some suggestions, I had a lot of fun with this but I obviously have a lot to learn as well.Oh, and credit where credit is due. Thanks to the hubble telescope site for all the planet pics except earth. Thanks to NASA for the cool earth pic. And of course, thanks to the Mel movie for the face of Christ (although it doesn't look much like it did before I started doctoring it) The cool lighting was just done with the lens flare effect in PS.

Yeah this is really beautiful. I especially love the way the light dominates the whole picture, and that little purple planet kind of lurking over on the right hand side.
lol I just looked at it again and realised that what I thought must be Jupiter was actually Jesus' head. Cool I like it even more now

LOL, jupiter, that's cute. I was a little concerned that the light may have obscured the face too much but I was really going for that subtle face behind the light kinda thing. LOL Jupiter, that's really cute. At least you saw it upon closer inspection so I guess I did get the subtle thing in there. Maybe just a wee bit too subtle, maybe not. I dunno...
