What weird tattos? If you mean the things on his arm, those are the fancy design on the sleeves of his shirt.
Beautiful pic, anyway you look at it. I take it that Vinnie played Romeo in the episode, right? I didn't get to see that one. I would have loved it, I'm sure. The balcony scene is my fave scene from Romeo and Juliet.

Those things on his sleeves are part of the costume and it's actually Throttle not Vinnie.
I just thought that they could have done so much with that brief part of Rockth and Rideth that dealt with Romeo and Juliet.

I really love it Morny, and it kinda reminds me of my mom's favourite movie "Shakespear in Love".
I'm same with you there... I can't quiet put my finger on what the matter with the scene. My first thought is that Throttle looks a bit 'hunched'... but when I read QueenGalaxia's comment, it just dawn to me... it actually be the prespective of the balcony. It looked a bit flat in a way ((a little 'stand-out' because of the way Throttle is leaning against it)).
But still it's really an awsome pic, nonetheless, with a wonderful scencery and two romantic couples to booth

never seen that ep and i would also say the perspective is out though unlike some people im less adept at saying how it would be fixed

How weird!...I was watching the Rocketh and Rideth episode today and when it came to the part where they're in Romeo and Juliet I was thinking how Throttle would make a better Romeo than Vinnie would...and I was right!

Don't you just love Rockth and Rideth? It has to be one of my favorites. I just wish they had dressed Charley up more they could have really given her so fabulous costiume changes that would hav knock they guys off their bikes.
Did you notice that Throttle was the only one Charley kissed anywhere near his mouth. And they say there was no indication that she had a thing for him. Yeah Right!

I was disappointed with Charley's costumes too! It was such a great opportunity to really make Charley shine but alas, they completely botched it up. Same with her costume in Steelfinger...it was so ugly!
I just about die everytime Throttle blushes! hehe It's just so damn cute! There were definate Charley x Throttle tendencies, you just had to look for them. My fave is in Test of Friendship when Charley offers to go with him and he takes her hand and says he has to go alone. teehee! Makes me giggle like a little school girl.
