I don’t buy Aurora just giving Vanessa the recording of Ariel’s voice. From what I’ve gathered, almost everyone at the school hates her.
However, when I recognized Syndrome from “The Incredibles” making a cameo in one of the previous comic chapters, a conspiracy theory of sorts formed in my mind 🙏:
What if Vanessa pays Syndrome to somehow hack into Aurora’s phone? Since both of them are canonical villains and the latter one is technological genius in his canon, it probably stands to reason that he’d be a techno-nerd of sorts here. So anyway, Vanessa hires Syndrome to hack into Aurora’s phone which he somehow does and that’s how she gets the recording of Ariel’s voice.

I buy Aurora getting bullied in to doing something.
Say... go along with getting married to a guy she hasn't met even though she just fell in love with another man and danced with him.
Say be enchanted by someone to follow them up winding staircases and then touch a sharp object.
Translate that to a modern setting and Yeah... she can be duped and bullied in to doing things.

OK, I’d buy the intimidation angle. I suppose I just don’t see Aurora as much of a weak person as I used to since the movie “Maleficent” came out.

My first thought was cash, but since it’s been mentioned that almost everyone who goes to DHS comes from wealthy families, that theory sort of went out the window (unless it’s revealed that Syndrome is attending the school via a scholarship of some sort).
Well, since you’re smart enough to ask questions about Syndrome’s motives... what would you want if you were him in this kind of situation?

I just found your Disney Highshool-AU yesterday (someone shared it on pinterest I believe) and I LOVE IT!
First of all, thank you for including Jim hawkins and Milo and Kida. It is so sad that so many people seem to forget them and they are all so awesome!
Second, love your drawing of the charakters, looks just like they jumped out of their movie (of course only their faces, as the clothes are reallty creative in their own way)
Third, this storyline / AU ist simply amazing. Someone talented should write a fanfiction! But really great ideas for bringing them all together like this!
And last (but not least), the only reason I found your deviantart was this comic right here - first I thought it was a "standalone" mini-comic and hoped for more of those because I thought it was brilliant - having Vanessa play the record with her phone. But this is even better!
