Yes it is! I've made a busty girl even bustier, spiced up her face and changes some of the proportions to make her cuter as well as smoothed the skin and slightly altered the lightning.
I would never just upload random pictures of busty girls I've found online. I work a lot on these

I only asked because, well, based on some of the images I've seen and profiles I've read on this site, I can't help but wonder whether or not they're lying.
