Aww poor Laurie...such a tragic character...I can totally understand why she becomes what she does TT^TT Really cool drawing! I thought she was supposed to have some organs left in her chest?

D: I felt horrible for her. She has one of the most legit antagonist motivations ever, for real. Sure, she made some really bad decisions, what with the dabbling in transfer magics and making that one girl sick so that Bill would feel better, but really WHO DOESN'T MAKE BAD DECISIONS IN THIS SERIES? D: Everyone. Everyone screws up big time.
Yes! I believe she still had flesh down to her elbows on her arms; her head, neck and chest; and down to her mid-drift. There's a line about John seeing bits of her intestine when he rescues her , so we know she still had some stuff in there...@.@ But I hope you'll forgive my exaggeration of her skeletal state for the sake of poetry

I know...she's been through hell...bad enough to loose ppl you love, but then to be skinned?! Ya...can't blame her for going a bit psycho @.@ And it's true, I can't name a character who doesn't make bad, rash, selfish decisions. Even a god is not infallible OTL
Oh cool, I love the artistic decision to make her all bones, I just was afraid I'd read the book wrong

She is literally bones under her cloak, because she was mostly flayed and is only alive due to Serious Dark Magics. D:
