Nice! I like the "half-n-half" idea, and how you made your shadows kinda dull (Instead of just using a darker shade of the same color, or at least, I think that's how it looks like)

This is a great dynamic pose, and the proportions are pretty spot-on! Great job!
Colored pencils are very difficult to color with because they show the stroke so well. Be aware that the direction of your stroke will create an effect in your piece you may not want (I.E. making treets look flat or clothes splotchy by changing the direction to often). Also, instead of using straight black, which is an overpowering and often dull color, try mixing in some dark violet or indigo. Black doesn't occur in nature, in fact, only the deepest of violets or the sheer absence of light.
If you really like colored pencils, pick up some Prisma-colors. They blend together and you can start to eliminate some of that stroke and create more fluid colors!
Your lighting is super excellent though! Awesome job!! You've inspired me to do some real perspective pieces (curse you and your driving me to work on hard things). ^_^

The line art is good (I like the perspective) , but you should try coloring it with either copic markers or on the computer.
