He was moving around the country in concentric circles, drawing closer and closer to the magnetic core of where she was, and one day, sitting in one of the spartan but comfy company-held apartments, looking over the coffee table littered with what had been the prime source of excitement, challenge, pride over the past ten years, at the manila folders of new assignments (high-profile all of them), his bank accounts, with a sinking feeling he came to realize the most horrible five words he’d always been dreaded and hoped would never reach him finally took root in his mind: it was not enough anymore.

From the sequel to my Red Eye fanfic, Uprooted [link] I know I'm horrible, still have yet to finish Uprooted and have already notes to its sequel

Um, he looks kind of like the little brother of Jake Gyllenhaal, Jared Leto and Cillian Murphy. Of course, only the latter was intended but I suck.

I guess that's one of my favorite themes of the Fanart100 project.
