haha, that's exactly what my grandparents did. they were farmers and didn't intend any harm, just wanted to make me understand the process... I have been a lucky vegetarian since, so I guess, in the end, I have to thank them for their honesty ^^

Ok, I'm FAVing your whole "Food" collection. I love the story this tells. I'm not sure if it's a vegan family trying to scare their kid into hating meat because of the unethical treatment of meat or parents who are too honest with kids about how cool the process of hunting deers are. Clue me in man.

Its about meat awareness. not necessarily vegan parents, but honest, yes) I feel it's somehow needed. Not to scare them away, but just to explain to them where the stuff they eat and wear comes from. I don't have kids yet, I'm not completely sure, I don't wanna cripple them you know.
