Description The moon falls through a veil of high clouds as twilight turns to stars. This is a blend of two images taken a couple minutes apart. The blend was neccessary to keep highlights visible in the boulder while keeping the brightness of the moon in check.

I am always impressed with the work you present to us. The surreal water contrasted with the boulder is fantastic, but for me, the variations in the sky are what really make this spectacular. I don't see many star scapes with sunsets. Wonderful image!

Because of your photos from seychelles I've been consindering to go there. I've heard that they are pretty expensive islands. Too bad for a student.

Check out Sunshine Guest House in La Digue for around $50 a night if you commit to 5 nights. That's where I stayed- the cheapest place I could find on La Digue. You can buy groceries and eat sandwiches to keep food costs down. Good luck!
