It goes back to my time ever drawing a zodiac character.... meomai.deviantart.com/art/Taur… . So when I decided to revisit the zodiac designs I decided to stick to the theme of them being painters. ;D

Your art and designs are so amazing
I hope it's not rude to ask you, what brush / brush settings do you use for sketching and your lineart?
And do you use references sometimes for poses and outfits or do you come up with everything completely in your mind? * ^ *

I tend to stick to the basic or assorted brushed that come with photoshop. I do have a few other brushed that I have inherited over the years. These all came to me when I was in school or taking classes so I am not sure if they are available anywhere on the internet. But the brush setting are basically low opacity with with shape dynamics on for when I sketch or when I'm shading. When I do line art its just brushes that you can find in photoshop basic brushes.
I use reference for most of my characters. Mostly just for poses and or hands. I have a bunch of Visual Pose books...but Pinterest is also another great reference I use for poses now.

Yeah you got stronger. Much stronger. This is good. Your movement's great, not just in the hair, but the pose as well. It leads the viewer's eyes really well. And you've gotten better at form! The highlight on her cheeks is adorable, but coupled with the blended shadow on her forehead it gives a great sense of form on her head. Additionally, the shading you did on the hair and tail fin is also noteworthy. The colors as a whole are really refined and disney-esque. It works for you, very well! I especially love your color choice on the armor and tail, those two shades go well together. This is an incredibly illustrious piece and a wonderful benchmark of skill! Best job yet. Well done.
