Mystic tarot cards, all in miniature. Here's a full 22 major arcana, plus two closing cards.Every card is 11mm x 6mm or 0.43 x 0.23 inch. All done by hand.
Cards are tea dyed, "Earl Grey" tea is used. Coin is there for a size reference.
Cards from left to right:
Row 1
Magician, High Priestess, Empress, Emperor, Hierophant, Lovers, Chariot
Row 2
Justice, Hermit, Wheel of Fortune, Strength, Hanged Man, Death, Temperance
Row 3
Devil, Tower, Star, Moon, Sun, Judgement, World
Row 4
First closing card Fool Second closing card

This was done with an ink and rapidograph pen...I usually use calligraphy pen for this, only this time it wasn't precise enough.

Hoe much time does it take you to make these small work of art on average?

It took me around an 30-40 min. per card, more or less, art and preparations (every card has to be specially prepared for the ink). And an hour or so for dying the paper before that 
As for the average, it is kinda hard as some of them take six hours and some over forty...but let's say around fifteen to twenty hours per work, if it involves drawings.
