Tyranitar isn't a dragon type Pokemon at all, its a Rock/Dark type. Flygon or Altaria would've beena better pick. Even Kingdra. Latios or Latias, Rayquaza or any one of the legendary pokemon are typically dragon-types.

I know, but I like it more than Hydreigon evolutionary family, but due to the fact that Hydreigon is pseudo legendary, I had to put it, and I wanted to put Haxorus too

well you could have put Flygon in there instead of Tyranitar. since tyranitars not a dragon and flygons awesome. but if you REEEEEEALLY just wanted a dragon from the second season u could put kingdra in there.

Yeah, but the thing is that Flygon looks more like an insect, the same way Altaria looks like a bird, or Reshiram like a dog. I know that Tyranitar looks more like a dinosaur 
And I didn't put Kingdra, because this is a series of three drawings, one from the first stages, on from the second, and this is the third, from final stages, and if I'd put Kingdra here, I should put Horsea and Seadra on the other ones, and they aren't from the second generation, and aren't dragons neither.

Tyranitar isn't a dragon, kinda ruins it. If you were doing psuedo-legendaries you should have at least added Metagross.

I only tried to put the dragon-like PokΓ©mon of each generation, and Tyranitar was the most similar or the equivalent from the Johto Region

You can catch a Darmanitan in the desert and it's an interactive Pokemon. Snorlax and Kecleon are interactive Pokemon too, but they're not psuedo-legendary.
