SO. I have been sitting on this image for quite some time, week after week doing about 5 minutes of it here and there and after not working on it for a long time, I completely forgot anything additional I was going to add.... XD

This is for Axel! Or, rather, not for Axel, for Vennie. For her birthday, which was.....
... very very long ago. *hangs head* I was trying to do a different image for her birthday but I didn't like it so about a month or two I started over. I wanted to draw a more realistic style wolf anyways (so I didn't do a chibi like normal), to try out certain shading methods.... And I also haven't drawn Axel yet (with maybe one exception) despite how awesome of a character he is.
Anyways, this is what resulted! I'm very very happy with this. This is also the style I'd do a comic in if I were to do one, with, perhaps, thinner lines. I think it could have also looked really cool with Ven's fursona... But I wanted to draw Axel, and I'll have opportunities to draw Ven later. XP

Also! Few things I needa ask you guys;
1- Have you noticed on this pic and the chibi I posted a day or two ago that the lineart was different? I didn't use the pen tool- well, maybe a bit on the chibi, but not at all on this one. What do you think? Is there any difference?

2- Image sizes! Is this a good size? Should it be bigger? Smaller? HUUUUGE? I want to know, I hate resizing things the most~ Most of these images, like this one, are 25% their original size.

I also didn't make his stomach or the back parts of his legs very fluffy, which, apparently, there are s'pposed to be on wolves. =w=; Whoops.
I also hope the muzzle doesn't look too smooshed. And I think theres an expression, but I wasn't aiming for anything in particular.
Aaaaaand idk where he is in this pic. XD
