Well, putting it simply he only smiles twice a year.Though, flirting never bores him~
He's loyal to his superiors and the people who's able to befriend him.
Also when he fights, he's near heartless, strategical and good, almost like a spade.

History:
Cross lost his parents as a child. He was 5 years old, the child to an infamous weapon designer, Prof. Hex. He loved his father a lot as much as his mother. But... he was his father's son. And was very proud to have a famous father, though he didn't understand why he was famous.

On an ordinary day, his father came home very panicked, Cross didn't understand what was happening, so he just went to his room and started playing with his toy soldiers. After "General Sam" had conquered the entire world with his custom made rifle, Cross celebrated with running around his room. Then stopped abruptly when he heard the scream of his mother. Cross was obviously frightened, but he took a peek outside of his door anyways. And saw something a five year old child shouldn't ever have to see... The head of his father lying there in front of the door decapitated. It had rolled with a trail of blood from the body to it's current position. Cross couldn't move, and just stared at his currently alive, mother. Who stared in fear at a dark figure dressed in a hooded cloak. Wielding a bloody scythe. Suddenly... also his mother had lost her head.
Cross fell to the ground in shock, and as he did the cloaked man turned to look at the orphan, only his red eyes shining through the darkness in the hood, he started marching towards Cross. And so Cross crawled horrified into his room and closed the door, then moved into his closet trying his best to hold his tears inside, so that the big bad man won't find him.
Unluckily the closet door soon opened up. And the scythe-wielder stood there.

"Boy~"

The man spoke in a booming voice. Then continued: "You are not part of my target assignment. So i am letting you escape my wrath."

Cross couldn't help it, his tears just began to fall, as well as hatred towards this stranger started to emerge. Cross flung himself towards his leg and pounded on his shin.

"You are no way near strong enough to defeat me child... Though... Boy~ build your hatred. Not towards me, but towards the man who killed your parents. Control that hatred and one day... try to defeat me."

His words were confusing, why would he want that... But a five year old child wouldn't think much about it, and so Cross just shouted with tears dropping down from his eyes: "I HATE YOU! Why did you do that to my parents?!?" Though, this sentence was what Cross wanted to say, it sounded more childish and like a mumbling due to his age. The man answered:

"People were jealous of your fathers success. Even though you're just a child, you should be able to understand something as simple as that."

The man turned away and with his back to Cross he whispered, so that Cross only heard a mumbling: "Put me out of my misery one day... boy..."

Many years later, Cross had gathered intelligence on who that man was. And listened to rumors, so far he thinks that the man who murdered his parents. Was a spade called by the nickname: "Grim Reaper".
He had also come to understand what his fathers work was, and had started gaining the same passion for weapon designing as his father had.

A multi-use weapon, that can be used close and long ranged, as well as mid-range due to it's 3 modes.

- Hair thingy. (I do not know what it's called, but it holds his neck hair in a tail.)

He has a great passion for weapon designing, in a way inherited from his father.
Loves to flirt, with girls. But doesn't do it regularly.
He simply love extreme sports, kinda an adrenalin junkie.
