Funny stuff. Not a fan of Luster being Starlight's daughter though. Some issue that the creators had with the original idea of using Flurry. If her mother is the Headmare of the school of friendship and personal friends with the Mane 6 she wouldn't really be so disconnected from the importance of friendship and that the Mane 6 still hang out.
Still a fun comic though.

I prefer her being Stalight's daughter than Flurry's. To be honest, I've even never heard that she could be Flurry's daughter before today from you.
Like I said in another comment, I think it's even weirder that she's Twilight's personal student AND an adult while being bad at friendship. I think it would be weird too even if she was from Flurry tho.
So, here, I can imagine that Luster's family, from Starlight, would assume that if she's with Twilight, therefore, she will have friends without any problem.

No the original idea was that Flurry Heart was in Luster Dawn's role but they figured it wouldn't make sense for Flurry to not care about friendship because she would have grown up surrounded by ponies that are deeply connected to friendship. So the made Luster to be Twi's student instead.
