I've been doing 'art therapy' so each time my anxiety is high I sketch and try to focus on drawing so I can relax myself. Just by looking at my gallery you can spot 'anxiety art' from normal art . I tend to overthink every tiny detail in my life and I know it's bad but I can't stop . I've always been a nervous person...even as a child specially being an overachiever. Maybe it's the years of stress that have been piling up. Years when I was so stressed that many times I couldn't sleep or eat. The fact that I had to back out off 3 IRL long term art deals/jobs makes me even more miserable. But one thing I know...everything is going to be alright...and I am just being silly and linger too much on tiny things XD.
