Well...I love the victorian era...victorian things...it was gonna happen! She's no-one in particular...just a raandom girlThe dress is partially based on Jane's yellow one from Tarzan, which is why I didn't draw it right down to the floor (over the ankles) as it should...so I don't think it's historically accurate XD
