this immediately makes me think of Lillith, Adam's first wife who abandoned Eden and became the mother of all demons (the Caesarian-looking scar across her stomach really evokes the image in my mind)

lol, thanks. I dunno if that's what you were aiming for, it's just there are a lot of elements here that make me think of her (like again the scar on her stomach, the hands enveloping her, covering her breasts the source of "mother's milk", grasping the horns, or perhaps putting them on her, the skull symbolizing death and/or primal nature covering her own face and eyes, while her own hands cover her ears, almost like she's trying to shut everything else out and focus only on herself and the demonic hands enveloping her)
i'm going on and on I know; I just tend to analyze things pretty closely, what with being a Virgo and art lover (of all mediums)

Interesting colors and composition. I particularly like the hands, which are creepy and very expressive. Wonderful symmetry without a mirror image of each side. Love it!
