It has been extremely hot these last few days and because of it all the trees and plants are wilting. Not only that we had a thunderstorm causing the 108 degree heat to be much more suffocating. The thunderstorms with lightning also caused a lot of wildfires. With the smoke and the overcast clouds with 108 degree heat and muggy air.... it feels like we are all slowly baking. I even had smoke in my upstairs bedroom and it is still here as I type this. Giving me a very bad headache. ugh. August is usually the hottest month.
