Description
So this is what it all builds up to, a 16:9 mockup of what the screen would look like.HohChia is missing her bag of holding, will probably add it later.
I'm not very good at BG painting, if this is to go forward gonna need someone better than me to handle them.
The likelihood this will become a game: 0%, can't do crap on my own.
Unless... it's a visual novel.
But I do now have a cast of characters I can do stuff with, like comics and animations.
EDIT: resized Dog, he was a bit big.

I was super excited when I saw this mockup thinking it would actually be a videogame. It still looks like an awesome potential for a graphic novel of sorts!

i really like the idea and the characters are well planed, i recommend two thing go for the graphic novel a mini comics for each character in game, like what is there goal and why they fight each other. a opening and ending comics i recommend this because give you time to thing how your character evolve. also thing about boss battle every fight game should have last round with a incredible end, if not will be a typical tournament game. also if will be no much to ask there can be a possibility of add a cat character?
also if you finish tell us where we can buy the game.

Well you could make it a simple flash. There are tutorials floating around out there on how to make a simple flash fighter. Could also put up a wanted ad for game dev. If you want I could point you in the direction of a great flash dev that I know.

Hmmm, well it still looks great from a visual standpoint, would make a good vvisual novel, though personally I'd advise against it, since these are too many to be sure yours will get anywhere as one without the backing of other games/media before it.
It would be kinda liek making tales of borderlands before making the first 3 games.
Still making comics and animations with them would serve to provide ideas and inspirations for you as well as to test certain things and see how and if they work.

Very cool! For what it's worth, I think the background looks great. The stone heads of the characters are a nice touch too.

Fighter with visual novel style story telling? If I was a way, way, way better programmer I could make it work as a game. But as is, I can't make it happen, it's too much work and I'm not nearly skilled enough. Still pretty cool concept

I'm sure you could find someone to code this for you!! It's a great idea and I'd live to see it actually become a thing!!! I myself know a little Python but not nearly enough to code an actual game. XD
