This is a concept I made of the Omaha KAIJU Con mascot as seen here on the site:I gave it some characteristics of the American Bison since that is an animal from the Great Plains. I also added some things to make it look different from the Harryhausen Cyclops and King Kong. The KAIJU Con organizers have not said if they like it yet, I am hoping for their feedback and I will draw it again with any changes they would like made so people can get an idea of how the mascot could look. So I may do more on it in the future. They have not named it yet, but I suggested Omagon. I think Omacon is already a thing, soo....

It's a pretty neat concept, though I am personally not the biggest fan of
cyclopian monster...no reason, just not my fave. But I do like how you
added some flare to it, even trying to make it part of the surrounding
state.
And while you avoided the literal, I do totally see a Harryhausen monster here.
Nice job, hopefully they give you feedback on it, and it would be really cool if
they use your design as their mascot.

It sounds like they want to say it is cloned every year so it can be slightly different. They said they would like to use this for next year's T-shirt, but in my opinion, it is not good enough for that.
I feel the same way about cyclops monsters.

I guess making it change year to year is an idea.
As long as it sticks to a theme...like the cyclops thing.
I think it would be a cool design for a con shirt, but I get
being critical of your own work too, lol.

Personally, I am not a big fan of cyclops', though I did have an OC once that was one called Saimanika. This mascot was not my idea originally, but I wanted to try to do a concept of it. I could imagine a cyclops with a Triceratops like head might be sort of interesting though.
