So I did this fun little illustrated sheet about Meditation through Youtube for the kind people of Church & Media. Ironically while I was doing it, the Pope resigned. The Catholic organization asked several young illustrators to make their own version of the otherwise rather dusty-looking guidelines.Related content

Meditating with youtube. Look in a new way and discover your deeper self. 15 minute exercise.
1. Let go of everything ( hence the balloon ). take the time to make time stop
2. Look. Let the video touch you.
3. listen at the meditation.
4. write. write down what you experience from the meditation.

Well I'm from South Africa and I understand Afrikaans which is kinda similar to Dutch so I think I could understand this
