Commission done by . This is a royal portrait Theo had done towards the middle of the MoP storyline, after Varian and the Alliance fleet had sailed for Pandaria. At this point in her story, she is Queen Regent for the twins while both Varian and Anduin are away in Pandaria (because, you know, ensuring continuity of government is something which should be important, Blizzard…*coughcough*).I tweaked it just a little by putting a lens flare over her eyes to that they had the correct glow to them (some artists do not like to draw the iris/pupil-less draenei eyes, and I never try to make an artist do something they're uncomfortable with), and added the frame.
