Is he thinking of someone...? ^^I know the guitar looks terrible and he's holding the pick all wrong. It's the best I could seemingly get it to look, though. I need more practice in general with people playing instruments! But finished her half of this trade ages ago and I needed to get this finished XD;;
I hope you like it, Angie! I do for the most part. I experimented a lot with Photoshop techniques, simple as it looks.

Quite frankly, I think the lighting is great. I just can see the hushed crowd as he plays a soft melody underneath the spotlight. That's how I envision it.

The pick hand does look weird, but judging by the other hand it seems like he's holding it alright. The guitar itself looks nicely done, as well as the spotlight effect and the different line weights throughout the pic.

i like how the guitar is being held. i wouldnt have noticed about the position of the pick until you mentioned it. but it still looks fine. the hand and finger positioning on his left hand is awesome. i suck with drawing fingers they are all.....hard and stuff. id like to draw a character playinga guitar or the saxamaphone but i am lacking. me likeys :3
