Had no clue what to name this...I did this for the Smash Collab. I really thought that I wasn't going to make it. I had to make a fullbody picture that could fit into a 600 x 600 canvas. So glad I made myself go out of my comfort zone. c:
Drew Roy in the Eliwood alt because it's the one I like using the most. c:

Hmm just a question: How you can make those digital painting have a transparent background? Do you paint over a transparent one or the background is initialy white then you select to delete the unnecessary area?

What I do is paint the picture first, then I get the Magic Eraser Tool on Photoshop, select the image using the wand tool, and erase the white parts with the Magic Eraser Tool. You can also make images transparent in GIMP, but I forgot how.Β

The name of this picture is just perfect though. XD And you have such a cool sense of color here. And I know right, I'm so glad Roy is back in Smash Bros.

My Internet is currently really bad. So for a while, all I could see was a small bit of Roy's hair and the name of this image. So I thought at first that it was Shulk doing his down smash, haha. He makes a noise just like the title! Anyway, nice! I like this, Roy's pose turned out quite nice!
Also, Eliwood alt? Is that the one with the red headband? Sweet! Are there any other references in Roy's alts?

Yep, indeed it is! I think the Red and Green alts are supposed to represent the Christmas Knights, the Purple-Pink alt represents Cecelia, the Black with a red cape alt represents Marcus, and the Black alt represents Zephiel if I'm not mistaken. The gold alt's just the updated version of one of his Melee alts.

Ohhhhh, that's cool. That makes them take on a whole new meaning for me. No longer am I playing "Golden Man Roy" or "Lavender Town Roy." Those make sense. I love when Sakurai does this with the character alts!

You have such a lovely coloring style. Triadic color schemes are the best.
Also I know your feels about fitting as much as you can on a smaller canvas. Its a challenge but its worth it.( I have to do it mainly because I'm forced to but its so satisfying.)

Colors!3D for the 3DS. I can resize it on the computer but the actual drawing part is a pain. I had a really bad pet peeve of trying to fit a whole character on the canvas.
I don't like to look down on it. It's helped me drastically in drawing characters in different poses, calm said peeve and I still enjoy drawing on it.
