Team Aqua will be damned if they let TG destroy the world they worked so hard to change for the better by expanding the oceans, and same goes for Team Magma. Meanwhile Giovanni and Team Rocket wait until all of the fighting is done to swoop in and easily destroy all that remain and bring about Giovanni's N.W.O (whatever it is).

Mars we did entirely with hairspray, Saturn was a combination of hairspray and foam and Jupiter was mostly foam. Cyrus' hair stood up on it's own (magical powers or something like that lmao)
