Awww....thanks so much! I intend to come back to this in a month or so.....well maybe a few months.....and try to accent the facial features more realistically.......I appreciate your care !

OK, look at your references mouth. See the shadow under her lower lip, and the shadow beside it as well? If you add these in on your next picture it will give the mouth area much better depth and shape. If it helps, the next reference you use, print it out black and white, and look at the shadows/shades of gray rather than just the shapes that the features make. Your reference has some shadows along the side of her face (on the right) as well as the shadow's around her mouth that you missed, and those help shape the face for you!

Another thing you might want to try is adding an eyelid crease above the eyes (this changes shape a lot depending on eye shape and head position)to give the eyes some depth and set them back a little more into the head.

You are definitely improving all the time, and using references is great, because it gives you realistic shapes and shadows to look at and play off of! I'm excited to see what you do next!
