I just think it is so commonplace that it needs no appreciation. You can google for thousands of images like this. With a girl, and some editing.Meh.And if you put it out here, you should be OK with others' opinions.

opinions are great, but if I get told "this is shit" I don't give a damn about it, because obviously you just needed to say something to make me feel bad. It's not like you offered any actual opinion, just an insult. And that you can keep. It's a long way from "commonplace" and "you can google a thousand of these" (which is a legitimate opinion, I'l grant you that - still, I don't care, it's a hobby, so what if it's not "original"?) to "this is shit", so don't tell me about voicing an opinion in your first statement

I really like the originality of this piece. So many people illustrate a "music" themed picture, but this is simply amazing. I especially love the feathers in her hair.

I can definitely see the influence from Fi in this, but I love how you've still kept your own originality in it. The colours are great too, I usually hate brown but you've used such brozny, warm tones that I can't help but enjoy it. I also love how her gold hair really stands out, it really draws the attention to the brushes you've put there and highlights how well placed they are, as they blend seemlessly and become a part of her.
