I think dude died of a blood disease called TTP. My source is Wikipedia so I don't know how credible the information is but I don't think it was heart disease. Either way this picture has good power.

Shame he died, nice piece though. Im still baffelled (correct my spelling) by the fact that a man in his early life who is that big could die of a heart problem.

And the good die young, so it seems. And he essentially died from complications due to lupus; his body gradually crumbled from his own immune system attacking it. That's more than likely where the heart problem came from.
