Weiss is really beautiful. You've captured her hair bun and expression and jacket all beautifully, and the details on Myrtenaster are a nice touch. I really liked how consistent you've kept the styles, and this is my new favorite wallpaper
The only piece of constructive criticism is this - Weiss looks like she's on the verge of spraining her ankle in this pose, quite unlike the other three RWBY girls you've done. Her right foot is slanted at an angle, and it doesn't look like she can hold up her weight with it. I was curious as to how you were inspired by this pose for Weiss.
