of course they defeated her, they are adults and she is a child, they have years more experience than she does. Β

But they didn't defeat her... Neo flew away and Roman died... I don't think we're on the same page here.

To be frank Neo was arrogant in her approuch, allowing Ruby to pull a single fast one by unclipping the umbrella. Bit of luck there, if Neo was serious Ruby would've been a smear across the pavement.
Roman's defeat had nothing to do with Ruby so she lucked out on that accord. If it was a actuall one on one Roman would've continued to dominate her like he did before the ''occurance''.
Basically it came down to Ruby's plot armour. She's the main character, ofcourse she can't die.

Her similarity to my Skyrim character, (also named Ruby), is uncanny O_O
Bob cut, grey/white eyes, and even the thick brows/mature jaw line match.
Maybe this Ruby's more round/cutesy...
