It's a line from the "Tonari no TOTORO" song.
A while ago, BUMP OF CHICKEN performed "Tonari no TOTORO" on the spot during their radio show, it's the loveliest/warmest/funniest version I've ever heard!
After painted this, the picture brought me back to my childhood growing up in Malaysia; where you get tropical rain, the greens/plants/trees are moist due to the humid weather (especially during the rain)... you see frogs jumping around in the rain etc. I miss those times.
PS: BUMP OF CHICKEN are childhood friends who met each other since kindergarten (prep).

Can Chama's tricycle fit on the bus? The driver will just have to let him because he's such a CUTSIE IKKLE PINEAPPLE HEAD *went out of control*
*calms again* They'll get eaten by the neko bus (if that's what they're waiting for) because they're too cute~~

In that case, the nekopon bus will have to let Chama ride his tricycle up~~
Everytime I see that nekopon bus, it gives me this huge "I love kids and furry things" vibe.... I don't even know what kind of vibe that is, but it must be children-friendly.
