I decided I wanted to do this meme as it looked fun : )

10: Zero Suit Samus from Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Samus is at the bottom of this list mainly because she looks very ordinary, but she's in as she kicks major ass.

9: Mokuro from Yu Yu Hakusho
Mokuro is an obvious choice for me as she's a powerful woman, she's beautiful, but she doesn't have a lot of screen time, sadly.

8: Kikyo from InuYasha
Kikyo has always been a favorite of mine as she is gorgeous in looks and in her kindness.

7: Larxene from Kingdom Hearts
Larxene is a kick-ass chick whom I loved from the beginning. She's the only female in the Organization, but she scares all of the men.

6: Neliel Tu Odelschvank from Bleach
Neliel is a very gorgeous, sweet, clumsy, one of a kind character whom, to me, seems quite exotic for some reason.

5: Tai Hallibel from Bleach
An obvious choice from me. I've always admired Hallibel, and how she was able to hold such a high rank, look drop dead gorgeous doing so, and wasn't afraid to show how she really felt (like when she fail-stabbed Aizen)

4: Aqua from Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep
Aqua is a most lovely woman, body and soul, and provides as a mother figure to Ven and Terra, plus she could beat both of them together, if she wanted too, due to her Master rank, though she would never harm her two "brothers".

3: Esmeralda from the Hunchback of Notre Dame
Hah! I bet no one saw THIS one coming! Esmeralda, I have always thought her to be the perfect woman for the longest time, she has no fear of Quasimodo, she is a very strong protagonist, spitting in Frollo's face, and she had a lovely body to boot! Any girl would want to grow up as Esmeralda.

2: Olivier Maria Armstrong and Izumi Kurtis from Full Metal Alchemist
These two women show to be VERY powerful, even when brutally injured, they freak both Ed and Al out, and are both well known for their individual duties. They are both gorgeous, and have a short fuse, making them fun characters.

1: Cyber 6 from Cybersix
Cybersix , an anime I grew up with. I always loved her, and I looked up to her. Even today, the anime has not left my mind and it remains as one of my favorite anime of all time. Cyber 6 was of course powerful, and beautiful, but she also cross-dressed into her alter-ego Adrian! She was the first woman I've ever known to have a male alter, and seeing as she was smart enough to elude Lucas of suspicion, she remains one of my favorite anime characters of all time.
