Gosh, did I sweat blood on that one... I thought I'd never finish it, but here it is.
It does look a little bit creepy (sorry, can't be helped, everything I draw lately turns out creepy D: ), but it actually is a sort of "metaphore" on adolescence, and how it's a strange period in life where you're definitely not at your best (acne, strange bumps of flesh coming out in unexpected places... you get my drift!!)... but after a somewhat painful metamorphosis, the ugly grub turns out into a pretty butterfly...
(Ok, no more mushy lyrical talking from me I promise!
I hope you'll like it!

The love and commitment put into this is evident, but invisible at the same time. there is so much detail, but the piece is so good that you make it look effortless! it seems as though you made the cocoon a dress of sorts. That's brilliant

This is inspirational
I call the awkward stage of my teen years my 'ugly duckling phase' because not only did I go from being ugly to decent looking but like the 'duckilng,' I too was different from the society I was placed in and was struggled to find who I really am.

Hey there! I eyed all your pictures and they left me without words. They are amazing, so sensible and storyful! Where do you get those ideas from? You certainly have a personal style what makes perspective to the pictures. And this too... this is something... WOW!
