I'm not just what you mean by "ending too fast"? The paper does suck out quite a lot of ink, but it dries more slowly, which makes blending easier and colours more rich than on regular paper.

I love the energy Β in this. The movement in the lines, and I love the vines crawling around Circe. Also having a Circe reference is cool.

You did this with markers?? O_O Hot diggity, wich markers did you use? Didn't the watercolor paper bleed like heck and use up a lot of ink?

I mostly use Copic markers, and some Promarkers as well. The watercolour paper I use is hot-pressed and the makers don't bleed too much on this type of smooth paper. It does use a lot of ink though, there's no helping that!

it's also a nice idea to draw her with bright colours and shadows all around the body. as if she's a real person, and the lions are painted on a wall behind her (: a very interesting effect
