JTHM (Johnny The Homicidal Maniac) is a comic, and the main character has hair similar to the hair-do seen here. He also wears a black and white striped long sleeved shirt. The "Z?" is a signiture of the artist. He gets his best work done when he has trouble sleeping, so the "Z?" means, essentially, "Question Sleep." Z? is frequently seen on the main characters shirt.
So you had several elements of the comic. But it's a great photo! I do love it.
