Weapons: One knife from 1920 that her great grandmother used to commit suicide and breaking wheel hybrids she constructs herself. She also has lock picks for breaking into homes.
Rachel's psychic abilities include keeping her grandmother from contacting her, see auras of others after concentration, manipulate her own aura, have cryptic clairvoyant dreams, clairvoyant visions so real she mistake them for memories, and sense auras up to 15 feet away from her.
Skills and strengths: Construction of wheels, researching pointless things, taking directions, and anticipating reactions of other people.
Weaknesses: She has a large blind spot due to the glass eye, she relies more on stealth than brute strength so a good fighter could best her, she becomes confused when she has mistaken a clairvoyant vision for something that has already happened (which is most of the time to be honest), she feeds off other's emotions so she can easily be manipulated by whoever is surrounding her, and her hair which not only gets in the way but can allow people to get a good hold on her.

They're critiquing her because I asked them to ^^ Sure her story is narrated by mcp but that doesn't mean she's perfect. I like to get as many points of view as I can since my goal isn't to have a popular character but to grow as a writer. Something I'm really beginning to think is lost on people in this fandom -sighs-

Rachel has unique interactions with the more popular cps. For example she gets along well with ghosts like BEN, Sally, and Sadie because she knows she could block them like her grand mother so they don't mess with her paranoid personality disorder. She also doesn't mind Hoodie cause they just dont talk and she hates Jeff and Masky cause they're both dicks and Masky smells like cigarettes. Basically she likes dead people xDD And Jane, given the chance she'd bang Jane but both Jane and Rachies are in relationships and I'm someone who loves unrequited love xD

One question... if she likes dogs, then why does she torture animals? Or.. she uses dogs to torture animals?
And one question, why does she have that stereotype emo hair? (I'm sorry if my viewpoint is wrong, but that was how I see it at first and from afar)
People would normally think 'ah, another typical emo cp oc' (yes that is the world nowadays)

She likes dogs and thinks they're cute, however that doesn't mean they aren't something she'd kill if needed.
The thing about Rachel is that she was raised by her great grandmother's spirit to kill all those people (her grandmother is a vengeful spirit). Rachel was a normal kid and convincing her to do that kind of thing right off the bat wouldn't have worked. SO she started small. Bugs, then things like mice, then birds and other small animals, small dogs and cats, and then big dogs. Each a step in VIctoria training her for what she wanted.
Her hair is side parted only, and its choppy because she cuts it herself. She's 22 and has been on the run since about the age of 19 and doesn't want to risk going to the beauty salon. She also dyes her hair black because the images and description the police use of her still say she has light brown hair.
Black is an easy colour to dye, its good for working in the dark, it has drastic affects on one's looks, etc.
I based her off real life serial killers as much as I could, and many of those start with small animals as well.

As a stalker/murderer she already knew how to break into houses (gotta love lock picks, something I keep freaking forgetting to put in her bio -shoots self-) so doing the normal break in and take money stuff is how she generally does it. If she bothers to sleep in a motel she goes for the run down shady ones that don't take ID as well.
Rachel harbors no animosity towards random individuals aside from her paranoid personality disorder (which is caused by her life on the run and the mental abuse from her great grandmother's spirit) much unlike Jeff and some of the other cps. The only reason she keeps killing after her 'job' is done is because she's addicted to the feeling of being in control of someone's life like that and has nothing else to lose. She;s a sadist, which is one of the reasons why she's into BDSM. Although she sticks to the safeword rule because she generally picks people up in crowded areas and sexual pleasure is satisfying enough for her. She finds it to be a different flavor of control than killing.
