This reminds me of what I heard from the news few weeks ago(?) - I don't remember where exactly, but some station(?) in Tokyo: This man just suddenly stopped a boy, said "Freeze! I'm gay." (sidenote: I think "pervert" descride better) and start touching him. Of course got arrested by police.
